Per Transcript

PFS Local is designed for schools within Nigeria. These transfers can be done for a child in PFSchools to another school (within or outside the state). You will need to provide the following to proceed:

  • First Name & Last Name (Person making payment)
  • Phone Number (Offline notification of transcript)
  • Email Address (Where the transcript will be sent)
  • Full Name of Child (Stated on the Certificate of Birth)
  • Child’s School (Potasfield Section either College or Foundation)
  • Child’s Class (Present Class)
  • Academic Transcript of Child (Basic or JSS or SSS)
  • Name of the Institution (The Institution receiving the Academic Transcript)
  • Full Address of the Institution (The Institution receiving the Academic Transcript)
  • Email Address of the Institution (The Institution receiving the Academic Transcript)

NB: This academic transcripts is not used for Visa Application or University Process. Allow 2 – 3 days for the academic transcript to be sent to you excluding weekends and national public holidays.

PFS Abroad

Per Transcript

PFS Abroad is designed for schools outside of Nigeria. These transfers can be done for a child into Tertiary institutions (outside our country). You will need to provide the following to proceed:

  • First Name & Last Name (Person making payment)
  • Phone Number (Offline notification of transcript)
  • Email Address (Where the transcript will be sent)
  • Full Name of Child (Stated on the Certificate of Birth)
  • Child’s School (Potasfield Section either College or Foundation)
  • Child’s Class (Present Class)
  • Academic Transcript of Child (Basic or JSS or SSS)
  • Name of the Institution (The Institution receiving the Academic Transcript)
  • Full Address of the Institution (The Institution receiving the Academic Transcript)
  • Email Address of the Institution (The Institution receiving the Academic Transcript)

NB: This academic transcripts is used for Visa Application or University Process. Allow 2 – 3 days for the academic transcript to be sent to you excluding weekends and national public holidays.

PFS Express is a fast-tracked PFS Local or Abroad transcript service. These transfers can be done f0r a child to another educational institution. You will need to provide the following to proceed:

  • First Name & Last Name (Person making payment)
  •  Phone Number (Offline notification of transcript)
  •  Email Address (Where the transcript will be sent)
  •  Full Name of Child (Stated on the Certificate of Birth)
  •  Child’s School (Potasfield Section either College or Foundation)
  •  Child’s Class (Present Class)
  •  Academic Transcript of Child (Basic or JSS or SSS)
  • Name of the Institution (The Institution receiving the Academic Transcript)
  • Full Address of the Institution (The Institution receiving the Academic Transcript)
  • Email Address of the Institution (The Institution receiving the Academic Transcript)

NB: This academic transcripts is used for Visa Application or University Process. Allow 28 hours for the academic transcript to be sent to you excluding weekends and national public holidays.
